| “The Governors’ Association for Senior Citizen Friendly Car Development”, which is made up of 36 prefectural governors, is promoting the development of user friendly cars in the hope of creating a community with vitality where senior citizens can enjoy their lives. The Governors’ Association analyzed traffic accidents in detail and conducted a large questionnaire survey of ten thousand elderly drivers, and then proposed a small two-seater car for short-distance travel as a concept of a senior citizen friendly car. This car has driver assistance functions for safety and practical functions based on actual usage. At the Exhibition, you will be able to learn about the project by viewing panels on display and watching a movie about the concept. |
