Electric refuse truck (newly designed, press type) |
[Electric refuse truck] The operations of refuse collection and discharge can be done with turning off the truck engine by utilizing battery system as the power source as well as the Kyokuto’s unique electrical control system. The refuse truck is earth, community, and operator-friendly and is ideal for zero emission gas, CO2 emissions reduction and noise reduction during operations.
[New appearance] Holding ample features same as the existing model, the exterior has been renewed to beautiful and smooth curvilinear appearance. The new 2t press type refuse truck is refined more on its design and beautility by adopting reinforcements on the body side. |

Hybrid electric single car carrier truck |
This is the Japan’s first single car carrier equipped with two power sources both conventional PTO (Power Take Off = device to take the power from transmission) and 200V with 3-phase electrical power source to operate a body deck. With this next-generation single car carrier truck, an operator can select one of the power sources suitable for applications, which means taking PTO for outdoor jobs and electric power source for indoor usage to avoid exhaust gas and noise. |

An Aliminum Trailer for the Next Generation |
After thoroughly considering a variety of materials to use for trailers, the Next Generation Trailer which uses the maximum amount of aluminum combines Nippon Fruehauf’s vehicle design technology with Nippon Light Metal Co., Ltd’s aluminum processing to bring you a truly ultra-lightweight vehicle. We are clearing the path for future ultra-lightweight vehicles with high capacity loads meeting certain criteria. We were able to realize an ultra-lightweight vehicle with a high loading capacity using an aluminum structure in the main frame and the flooring. This trailer has a 10% higher loading capacity than the conventional maximum loading capacity of 20 tons. |
