The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (Chairman: Yoshihide Munekuni) will begin sales of advance tickets on Monday, September 1 for admission to the 37th Tokyo Motor Show – Passenger Cars & Motorcycles – (2003). This show will be open to the public from Saturday, October 25 through Wednesday, November 5, at Makuhari Messe (Nippon Convention Center) in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture.
Advance tickets for admission will be available at 1,000 yen for adults (regular admission 1,200 yen) and at 500 yen for junior high and high school students (regular admission 600 yen). From this year, elementary school students and under will be admitted for free. High school students had previously been admitted as adults, but from this year, they will be admitted for half-price.
The range of sales outlets has also increased this year. In addition to the major sales agents such as JR East, convenience stores, ticket agencies, travel agents, university co-ops, etc. from previous years, other outlets such as Nokyo Tourist have been added to the roster.
Regular tickets will be available throughout the show dates at venue ticket windows as well as through major sales agents.
